By purchasing a ticket to The One Pioneer 2026 Conference & Gala (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

购买 The One Pioneer 2026 Conference & Gala（以下简称“活动”）门票，即表示您同意以下条款与条件：

All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing by The One Pioneer.

除 The One Pioneer 另有书面说明外，所有门票售出后原则上不予退款。

All attendee information must be completed by the published deadline to guarantee badge printing, seating arrangements, and meal accommodations.

所有参会者信息须在公布的截止日前完成填写，以确保名牌制作、座位安排及餐饮需求确认。

Ticket transfers may be permitted prior to the attendee information deadline, provided that all attendee details are updated through the official registration system.

在参会者信息截止日前，可通过官方注册系统更新参会者信息进行门票转让。

The One Pioneer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue arrangements, or program content if necessary.

主办方有权根据实际情况对活动时间、嘉宾、场地安排及流程内容进行必要调整。

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The One Pioneer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates event policies.

所有参会者须保持专业与礼貌行为。如出现干扰活动、违反活动规则或其他不当行为，主办方有权取消其参会资格。

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be captured and used for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and future event materials.

参加本活动即表示您知悉活动期间可能进行摄影及录像，并授权主办方将相关影像用于宣传、市场推广及沟通用途，包括但不限于社交媒体、官方网站及未来活动宣传材料。

The One Pioneer shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at or in connection with the Event.

主办方不对活动期间或与活动相关发生的个人伤害、财产损失或其他损害承担责任。
