2026 Conference & Gala – Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in attendance.

Ticket transfers may be permitted before April 25, 2026, provided that attendee information is updated through the official registration system.

After the attendee information deadline, ticket transfers are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated.

In the event that the Event is canceled by The One Pioneer, ticket holders will be notified regarding rescheduling or credit options.
